Lilian Myers is a powerhouse in tech industry innovation, with experience as a board member, advisor, mentor, and coach to companies in the USA, Europe, Africa, and South Asia. Her 25 years in tech began at Microsoft and led to founder and executive roles in early-stage health and e-commerce companies acquired by Siemens Healthcare, Aetna, and Google in addition to global leadership roles with companies such as IBM.

Lilian’s entire career has revolved around innovation including stints as Venture Lab Director at the University of Central Florida, CEO of Central Florida’s leading tech accelerator, StarterStudio, as well as Executive Innovation Coach for Florida Blue Cross/Guidewell.

She’s served in advisory roles for top organizations in innovation and entrepreneurship including Entrepreneur in Residence at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Innovation coach, advisor to the National Innovation Centre for Age and Longevity (NICA) at the University of Newcastle, and advisor to Link-age Launch, a health industry Venture Studio, along with a number of startup companies.

She also volunteers as a mentor to dozens of tech founders across a wide array of industries through the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and the Veterans Entrepreneurial Initiative (VEI).
