For Partners
Back the infrastructure making African talent productive in the AI era.
Africa's youth boom collides with a shrinking labour market. Twelve million young Africans enter the workforce each year. Only three million find formal jobs. AI is reshaping what employment looks like everywhere, and Africa's workforce is being asked to catch up on two shifts at once.
Mozisha is building the infrastructure that turns that challenge into opportunity — and we are looking for partners ready to build it with us.
What Mozisha is building
One million trained. 200,000 placed. By 2031.
We train African talent to work productively alongside AI, then embed them inside growing companies globally. Our thesis is simple: the AI era does not need fewer humans, it needs better ones.
Africa, with the world's youngest population and its largest untapped talent pool, is where that workforce will come from.
Where partners come in
Three partnership tracks.
Funders and institutional backers
Programme funding, cohort sponsorship, and multi-year support for the training and placement infrastructure that turns capacity into outcomes.
Current partners include the Mastercard Foundation, GIZ, DAAD, and NITDA.
Ecosystem and technology partners
Model access, compute, distribution, and infrastructure that lets Mozisha operate at continental scale.
Current partners include GSMA, Cassava Technologies, and Google.
Academic and delivery partners
Universities, research institutions, and delivery organisations that co-run Mozisha programmes inside their own communities.
Current partners include the University of the Western Cape and its Institute for Social Development.
Why partners work with Mozisha
Built for accountability. Designed to scale.
A verified model, not a proposal.
Mozisha has trained over 1,500 operators to date, with over 80% placement into paid work.
Continental reach, local delivery.
We operate across African markets with academic and ecosystem anchors on the ground, not from a single hub.
Measurable impact.
Every cohort produces reportable outcomes on training completion, placement rates, and downstream income, so partners can defend their investment with data.
